FOR GJOA/SABA BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS AND
PREMIERE/LIJSL GIRLS:

This camp will help prepare each age group and allow for new players to adjust to their teammates and training expectations before the start of the fall season.
Teams will work on technical and tactical aspects that are age and level appropriate. Older teams will focus on functional, phase, and systems of play.
