SABA SKILLS sessions help develop the foot skills necessary to master the ball. Players work on fast footwork and many escape moves. Players learn individual moves and then implement many exciting combinations. Suppleness on the ball is improved while also improving agility, coordination, and confidence on the ball. SABA breaks down skillz sessions into 3 levels. Levels 2 and 3 introduce pressure activities so that players get comfortable playing under pressure.

Players go over dozens of moves introduced by SABA coaches. Creuff's, Maradona's. step-overs, scissors, drags, and many more.

Skills Duels |
Level 2 |
During Level 2 of skillz, players incorporate various moves and escape techniques, while beating opponents. Players are encouraged to incorporate moves before beating their opponent. Introducing defenders with activities such as the "1V1 Ladder Challenge" helps players become more confortable beating opponents under pressure. |

The Finishing Touch |
Level 3 |
The Finishing Touch is always great to see. During Level 3, players will go to goal . Players will take balls out of the air, create moves, and strike balls from various angles--with and without pressure. Defenders are introduced to challenge each player to improve their goal scoring instincts under pressure. |
